What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your itineraries and saved data stay put. You won't be able to generate new smart itineraries beyond the Free tier limits, but nothing gets deleted.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. After that, cancel anytime to stop future charges.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-certified payment processor. We never see or store your card details.
