Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, anytime. Cancel and you keep full access to your plan through the end of your billing period. No hoops, no pressure.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your itineraries and saved data stay put. You won't be able to generate new smart itineraries beyond the Free tier limits, but nothing gets deleted.
What's the difference between concierge advice and The Crown?
Premium and Platinum include concierge advice via email. Ask a question, get a real human's recommendation. Light-touch, async, no booking work.
The Crown ($79.99) is trip planning for one specific trip. A planner verifies your AI itinerary, adds 5-10 personal picks, and sends booking links you complete on your own card. Annual Platinum subscribers get 1 Crown included per year; Founding Members get a bonus Crown on top.
Do you offer refunds?
Subscriptions: full refund within 7 days of your first payment. After that, cancel anytime to stop future charges.
The Crown: planning fees are non-refundable except in cases of unexpected emergencies or significant concierge-side delays. You can cancel a Crown request at any time to stop planner work and remove it from your profile. Refund requests are reviewed individually. Email concierge@pinyatravel.com to discuss.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-certified payment processor. We never see or store your card details.
